The objective of "i2i audiovisual" is to support audiovisual production companies in accessing finance from banks and other financial institutions by co-financing some of the costs of guarantees required by such institutions and/or part of the costs of bank financing.
Under this Call for Proposals European production companies can apply for 3 categories of costs:

• Module 1: Support for the “Insurance” item in a production budget
• Module 2: Support for the “Completion guarantee” item in a production budget
• Module 3: Support for the “Financing Costs” item in a production budget

It is possible to combine modules.

The amount requested may be between €5000 and  €50,000 per project. Applicant companies may submit a maximum of 2 projects. The Community contribution may not exceed 50% of the eligible costs. (or 60% for countries with low audiovisual capacity)

The following projects are eligible. Fiction (minimum duration 50 minutes), Animation (minimum duration 24 minutes), Documentaries (minimum duration 25 minutes) produced with significant European participation.

Companies may apply as soon as the Insurance, and/or Completion Guarantee and/or bank financing agreement are signed.
